Terms and Conditions The following information represents the terms and conditions of sale for all purchases made from Global Storage. The following headings cover specific areas.

Orders All orders must pre paid prior to despatch.

Delivery Orders are processed and despatched by the end of the following working day/receipt of order. Delivery therefore can be expected within 3 working days of order being placed.

Stock The ownership and insurance of all stock will remain with Global Storage until despatch from our warehouse. Once delivered, the ownership of all stock will remain with Global Storage until payment for the stock has cleared in full. However, the insurance of all stock transfers to the customer. Charges for the despatch of stock from Global Storage to a U.K. destination will be £6.00 for all orders up to and including £499.99 over £500 delivery is free Charges for the despatch of stock from Global Storage to a European destination will be on an individual order basis and will be charged to the customer.

Returns Any orders that are despatched and then subsequently not required by the customer can be returned to Global Storage in the original boxed condition within 30 days of the order being despatched. All stock returned must, without exception, be in the same condition as when it left our warehouse. An authorisation note for this must be sought from Global Storage prior to the customer sending any such goods. A handling/administration charge will be charged to the customer calculated at 15% of the order value and this will be payable within 30 days of the returns authorisation being despatched by post. The customer will meet the cost of shipping returns and any additional shipping costs involved with the order (ie. cost of shipping special orders in from the manufacturer) unless otherwise stated in writing. Additional costs may apply to special order items.

Faulty Stock In the unlikely event that a product does not meet the expectations of a customer within this period, a Global Storage representative will inspect the product. Authorisation for this must be sought from Global Storage prior to the customer sending any such goods. Providing that the fault is a manufacturing fault and is not due to misuse or reasonable wear and tear, a replacement or credit note will be offered. This is at the discretion of Global Storage and our decision is final. Global Storage will meet the cost of shipping faulty stock only if the product is found to have a manufacturing fault.

Pricing Structure All recommended retail prices are set by Global Storage. Any quotation is subject to acceptance within 30 days from the date of quotation unless otherwise specified in writing.
